You can book a service anytime, 24×7. For customer support, we are available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Absolutely not. We believe in fair and transparent pricing. All costs are displayed clearly on our website and include taxes. What you see is what you pay.

We use only high-quality parts that pass strict testing. While only authorized service centers can claim “original” parts, our replacements match the functionality and quality of originals. We also provide a post-repair warranty.

Most repairs are completed in 30–60 minutes by our trained professionals—right at your doorstep.

In some cases, we may need to take your phone to our certified lab. We’ll first diagnose the issue, inform you about the cost and timeline, and proceed only after your approval.

Repairs are done at your preferred location—your home, office, or even a nearby café. Just a place to sit is all we need.

Yes, you can reschedule anytime. Just inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. If you cancel after booking, a small visit charge of Rs. 299 applies.

Our technician will show you the replacement part before installation. If you’re not satisfied, we won’t proceed and won’t charge you. We also offer a 6-month warranty on screens and spare parts.

You can pay online via card, UPI, wallet, or bank transfer—or in cash after the service. Discounts are available for prepaid bookings.
